The staff of YaYcon is looking for gophers and stewards! Are you interested and/or have experience with this kind of thing? Then send a mail to gophers@yaycon.nl or voorzitter@yaycon.nl along with your full name, age, your experience with gophering (if any) and your motivation.
Here's what we give you in return for your efforts:
- Free access after fulfilling after your duties are fulfilled
- Not having to wait in line for events and the dealer room

Here's what we expect from you as a gopher/steward:
- You're on time for your shifts, you do what's asked of you until the person after you takes over
- You know the convention rules and make sure visitors follow them
- You listen to the stewards/staff and do as they say
- You spend at least 4 hours on the convention participating in gophering-related tasks
- You interact with our visitors in a responsible and representable manner
Remember that you still have to buy a ticket to get access to the convention. This is because you end up on the list of possible volunteers when you sign up with us!
